The quote request composes a message and hands it to WhatsApp, which is where this market actually replies. Nothing is held in a form queue waiting to be read.
The site is server-rendered, so the facility details, service definitions and published capacity figures are in the HTML for search engines and AI answer engines to read without running JavaScript.
