Sama Maju Marine & Industry

Sama Maju: named in 20 of 30 AI answers to buyer questions.

Sama Maju Marine & Industry supplies marine safety equipment, marine hardware and safety workwear to the marine and oil and gas industries from Kuala Lumpur. We design their website and run their search, social media and Shopee store.

Models in coveralls and life jackets, one holding a lifebuoy, composited onto a tanker deck at sea

Procurement buyers research suppliers long before they make contact, and more of them now ask an AI assistant for a shortlist. A supplier the answer does not name is not on the list, however good its products are.

  • The website

samamaju.com, organised by product line - protective clothing, fire equipment, fall protection, marine equipment and more - so a buyer, a search engine or an AI assistant can find the exact category.

  • Photography

Workwear photographed on greenscreen and composited into port, refinery and tanker-deck scenes - the images on this page - so the catalogue shows real kit being worn.

  • Search

SEO on the product categories buyers search for.

  • Social media & Shopee

Ongoing social content, and their Shopee store run alongside the website so buyers can also order directly.

Where they stand today: on 21 September 2026 we put five questions a buyer would ask about Sama Maju's products to Google's Gemini and to ChatGPT, three times each. Sama Maju was named in 20 of the 30 answers, and Gemini cited samamaju.com, the site we built, as a source in 8 of its 15. The gap is just as clear: neither assistant named them for liferaft and fire-fighting servicing. We did not measure this before the engagement began, so this is where Sama Maju is now, not a before-and-after.
